​MEET JIMMY
Jimmy is an Agile coach and Teacher at Crisp (Stockholm). In addition to coaching, he holds courses and seminars about various things agile and lean such as agile leadership, agile adaptations, large scale agile, team dynamics, agile testing and training from the back of the room.
He has seen deeply dysfunctional organizations, as well as truly agile, lean, big, organic and team oriented organizations. Based on these experiences he understand that agile is a big experiment and in some peoples mind still is an unproved hypothesis. But as long as there are people who believe in top-down management, long term planning, that there is a "best" way of doing things and that continuous learning costs too much - he believes there is still room for improvement in the world.

​MEET JOAKIM
Joakim is a consultant at Crisp, helping leaders, organizations and people develop to deliver more customer value faster. 2011-2017 he worked as an agile coach at Spotify where he worked with management teams, leaders and delivery teams to develop people, increase employee engagement, and build better products faster. He was part of the coach group that worked together with the CTO to design and introduce a new approach to Agile at scale, aka “The Spotify Model” with tribes, squads, chapters, guilds, etc.
Together with his friend and former colleague Marcus Hammarberg he wrote the book Kanban In Action (Manning, 2014). He does speaking and training on topics such as Leadership, Agile at Scale, Kanban, Lean, Spotify, and more.
He just moved back to Stockholm after living and working for a couple of years in Boston, Massachusetts, with his wife and four kids.
